Q: Is there a cost for the card?

A: No Cost!! Totally Free - just ask the barista behind the counter to hook you up.

Q: How do I receive points?

A: You receive 1 point for each $1 spent. For example if you purchase a $4 drink, you will receive 4 points. Once you reach 75 points $4 will be deposited into your Retail Merchandise "bank". This "bank" of money is good for beverages and food purchases at Scooter's Coffeehouse locations. Once you receive 75 points, your points go back to 0 and you start all over again. Once you reach another 75 points, another $4 will be deposited into your "bank". There is a max of $52 RMC on each card & 500 points.

Q: Can I use this like a credit card?

A: Yes!! Most of our customers come in once a week and add $25 to their card. Then when they visit a Scooter's, they use their Scooter's card to make their purchase instead of using cash or a credit card. When using your Scooter's card to pay for the purchase, you receive loyalty points at the time of your purchase. It's a gift card and loyalty card - ALL IN ONE!!
